Scranton is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Scranton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They donβt answer the phone or call you back. The customer experience is very poor. Iβm not even gonna get into everything here. Two months for a diagnostic and a fuel pump. Lower your expectations folks.

Truck was here over a month. No contact from them and avoided calls. Told me same thing over and over when call did get thru telling me the lift was broken it'll be in shop today. Then continued to tell me oh there's a car on the lift getting off today your truck will be in today. More weeks went by to end up saying they fixed the soft brake pedal by changing a brake switch and bleeding brakes. Truck is exactly the same as when I dropped it off there pedal goes to the floor. $700 later and b.s.'d the whole time and they didn't do anything but change a switch that is clipped on the brake pedal that takes less than a minute to change. Supposed to do inspection too which wasn't done. This place is a joke.

Amazing customer service and tons of skill and talent in that garage!! Jess got me in and taken care of faster then Iβve ever experienced. Kept perfect communication with me so I knew how to plan my work since it was one of my work trucks. And the guys in the shop kicked *** to get it done and done right. Parts in stock which is huge. Top notch.

My wife and I were traveling on vacation and broke down late at night with a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) problem in Scranton on 1/28/22 with our Ram 2500. I called first thing in the morning and Ryan Srebro was quick to say bring it over, we'll help you out. when I got there, they made room in the shop and started on it right away! The Tech Brian Terhune ran the analytics, went on the web and researched the problem and updated my system. Brian took time to explain all aspects of the problem to me and answer all my questions. When I left, my bill was $0.00. I had additional questions a couple days later, and after trying 2 local dealers (I was now in Syracuse NY) and getting no assistance, I called Ryan and Brian who took the time to answer my questions and brainstorm possible solutions. In wrapping up, they asked me to contact them and let them know when I made it back to my home in NH safely! I didn't buy my truck from their dealership, I had never been there before and yet they treated me and my wife like we were family. They made a difficult situation a lot easier and we are incredibly grateful.
